弟兄姊妹新年平安:
感謝神帶領我們進入2021年，在新年的第一個主日，我們相約一起在教會的禮堂裏或在網絡上敬拜主我們的神。
回顧2020年的講壇信息，我們學習了「主再來」的預兆。民要攻打民，國要攻打國，多處有饑荒、地震和瘟疫。陳牧師選了彼得前書，讓我們學習怎樣面對苦難，以「活潑的盼望」活在世上。李牧師選了新舊約不同書卷的經文帶出「信靠上帝」的真理，堅定我們的信心，緊緊地跟隨着耶穌。
COVID-19是我們這代人前所未有的經歷，我們經歷了恐懼、憂慮、疑惑，但感謝神，靠着他話語的應許，我們進深學習禱告、仰望、交托、順服的功課。2020年也許是很多基督徒禱告最多的一年，無論是私禱，公禱或小組祈禱會。
我衷心敬佩教會的一群長者，能在網絡的虛擬世界參加網絡崇拜和小組查經，並且相互問安祝福，彼此代禱。初信者和慕道朋友在缺乏實體關顧和跟進的狀況下，仍然持續參加教會的各樣聚會，我們為他們的追求真理的心志感恩，並繼續為他們祈禱。
2021年的主日崇拜講壇信息：「基督徒到底是誰？」我們要以不同的經文重思和反省我們與主耶穌的關係。有主在我船中，我何懼暴風！有主在我船中，我能笑於暴風！

Dear brothers and sisters,
Thank God for leading us into 2021. On the first Sunday of the New Year, Let us meet together to worship the Lord our God in the Church Hall or online.
Looking back at the messages in 2020, we have learned the signs of the Lord’s second coming. Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines, earthquakes and plagues in various places. Pastor Tan chose 1Peter to help us learn how to face sufferings and live in the world with “lively hope.” Pastor Lee chose different scriptures from the Old and New Testaments to bring out the truth of “Trust in God”, to help strengthen our faith and follow Jesus closely.
COVID-19 is an unprecedented experience of our generation. We have experienced fear, worries and doubts. But thanks to God, by relying on the promises of His Word, we learn the lessons of praying, looking upon the Lord, entrusting to Him and obeying Him. To many Christians, 2020 might be the year that they pray the most, whether it is private prayer, public prayer or group prayer meetings.
I sincerely admire the elderly in the church who can participate in online worships and group Bible studies via the virtual world of the Internet, greeting and praying for each other. New believers and friends who are interested in the faith continue to participate in various church gatherings despite the lack of physical care and follow-up. We are grateful for their pursuit of the truth and let us continue to pray for them.
We are learning the message on “Who Christians are” in 2021. We will rethink and reflect on our relationship with the Lord Jesus through different passages from the Scriptures. With the Lord in my boat, why should I fear the storm! With the Lord in my boat, I can laugh in the storm! And wish you a blessed New Year!
